CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Louis Ng Hoo Ming
A seasoned information technology and cyber security industry expert, Ng Hoo Ming has more than 35 years of experience in developing, implementing, and leading multiple successful cyber security initiatives at the national level throughout his career.
Hoo Ming has extensive experience in IT and cybersecurity across both the public and private sectors. This included multiple prominent roles such as being the CEO of PCSS and Deputy CE (National Cyber Resilience) of Singapore National Cyber Security Agency.
Hoo Ming contributed significantly to national cybersecurity efforts. He has launched multi national level cyber security initiatives in protecting Singapore’s national critical information infrastructure. Hoo Ming has also contributed to the regional cyber security development efforts. He also plays a pivotal role in various regional and international forums and is widely recognised as a leading expert in the industry. Hoo Ming actively participates in various national, regional and international committees, and is currently serving as president of the ASEAN Chief Information Officer Association and Executive Board member of the Cyberpeace Institute (based in Geneva). He also mentors start-ups at the Entrepreneur Leadership Transformation programme at the Nanyang Technological University.

Antonio Varriale
Antonio Varriale is a visionary and strategic leader in cybersecurity and hardware design, with over twenty years of significant achievements and roles across multiple technology and cybersecurity companies.
With a profound understanding of the security and technology industry, combined with an innovative flair and technical acumen, Antonio has led ground-breaking projects that set new industry standards and holds an extensive portfolio of patents. Notably, he developed the world’s first secure data center without public IPs and created SEcube™, the first hardware security system integrating FPGA, CPU, and Smart Card technologies in a single microchip. As Managing Director in various tech companies such as Blu5 Labs Ltd and Creopay Sarl., he has excelled in managing complex business environments and successfully spearheaded multiple IT, ICT, and security projects, across both European and ASEAN-funded projects.
Antonio also serves as a respected academic and lecturer, and is widely recognized as a thought leader through keynote IEEE Conference presentations and impactful publications on cybersecurity.
